You know, if you had told me that getting up at six in the morning on a Friday would inspire me to do good things I would have told you that you were crazy. This last Friday I woke up rode a bus that I hate to downtown Muncie and wondered around lost for about 30 minutes at seven in the morning in the cold and then finally was picked up by a friend and taken to the soup kitchen I was suppose to be taking photos of. Now, I've always said people should help out other people but I've never really gotten the chance to be involved in anything really; this has been the first time that I've really been inspired to help others. The people that I met at the soup kitchen were up well before me and yet they were happy and excited to be doing something to help the community. I salute all of you who help make a difference. Here's one of the photos that I took for the story which will be appearing the the Daily News some time in December.
